I was looking for a really good but reasonably priced Vietnamese restaurant in the CBD. Dorothea recommended Fat Noodle as the best place to go, she told me all about the celebrity chef who owns it and his famous restaurants in Sydney. She then provided me with a link to the website and menu and gave me directions to the restaurant, she even offered to make a reservation for me. This is the kind of service I would expect from a concierge in a five star hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised to find the same level of service in a corporate building. Well done and thank you (and the restaurant was pretty good too, looking to return this week).

This year was no exception. My reasons for my nomination are as follows: When I started (Nov 12), Jason ensured he personally introduced himself and was happy to sit and answer all my questions ( I had a fair few). Always helpful, even though it may be the littlest request, his integrity and his service is always prompt. If he can’t help you right away he is always happy to find the answer. During the floods in January 2013, being new, Jason was my only contact and was very happy to help me find the right contact and information I needed on a Sunday. Jason then followed up that Sunday night and Monday that was the Australia day public holiday, to ensure I was ok and had the information I needed. I was very impressed with his service Jason genuinely cares about his tenants and that is clear in his service. Last but not least and probably most important, Jason, always greets you with a smile on his face (in and out of the tenancy) and always goes that extra mile for a tenant.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the recent service offered by Jason Scaysbrook. My client had the need to undertake some filming and photography at the Riverside Centre which was required as part of their business strategy. In my experience filming and photography is best taken when the moment presents itself allowing the photographer to capture the image to have the subsequent effect. This is dependent on number of factors such as weather, natural lighting, people flow and space just to name a few. When I approached Jason he had informed me that there are certain processes and procedures required in order to get approval for such activities at the Riverside Centre and this may result in a 2 day turn around for approval. I explained my situation to Jason (he was prepared to listen) and he indicated that he would see what he could do to further assist me. Jason also helped me prepare the correct documentation and he even rescheduled some of his meetings to accommodate my request as my initial contact with Jason was without an appointment. I also understand the complexities that sometimes arise when requests of this nature are put to building managers but Jason was able to deliver a positive outcome for me which in turn allowed me to successfully obtain the filming required to deliver the desired result for my client. This was a great outcome for my Client and a good result for me. Thank you Jason for your assistance and patience as this would not have been approved in the short time frame without your direct involvement. Thank you once again.

They had an appointment with their financial advisor in your building and Colin met them in the foyer and took them up in the lift to make sure they got there ok. Later he organised a taxi for them and made sure the driver knew where to take them. My father moves very slowly and Colin was very patient and friendly with him. My mother commented how wonderful it was to be approached in such a genuinely nice manner without being over the top, as so many young people can be these days. While on the tour, he personally shared with us his extensive knowledge of the Riverside Centre, and its procedures and processes that ensure the smooth day to day operation of such a busy and successful precinct. He explained the complex workings of the building in a way that was both interesting and straightforward. His enthusiasm for his profession shone throughout the tour, and his wealth of knowledge was exceptional. All attendees came away with a greater understanding of behind the scenes at the Riverside Centre, and we are now planning regular tours due to the positive feedback received, and the high level of interest of staff that missed out.

Not being from Brisbane I had to travel into the city to conduct some business and took advantage of car parking available nearest to my business destination. My dilemma was that when I finished my meeting I could not locate my vehicle or remember where it was parked. I called into a number of buildings along Eagle street but no one was interested in assisting me. When I came into the Riverside Centre I was approached by Jason, no doubt he could see that I was in some sort of distress. Jason took the time to offer me a cold drink and his assistance in finding my vehicle. Jason escorted me from building to building until he was able to locate my vehicle for which I am very grateful.
