I was looking for a really good but reasonably priced Vietnamese restaurant in the CBD. Dorothea recommended Fat Noodle as the best place to go, she told me all about the celebrity chef who owns it and his famous restaurants in Sydney. She then provided me with a link to the website and menu and gave me directions to the restaurant, she even offered to make a reservation for me. This is the kind of service I would expect from a concierge in a five star hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised to find the same level of service in a corporate building. Well done and thank you (and the restaurant was pretty good too, looking to return this week).

I would like to nominate Dorothea, she managed to miraculously get me tickets to see P!NK when they had sold out for the second, nay, third time! I had almost given up all hope of being able to see P!NK - because the tickets sold out so quickly. WOO HOO! Dorothea you are amazing and you have made me a very happy woman! The competition was fierce but you came through for me as the rest of your team always do. These two managed to raise a very impressive $1,142.85 for our Red Shield Appeal 2013 which all goes towards helping those less fortunate.

It’s understandable why Jason Scaysbrook has the job title ‘Customer Relationship Manager’: he lives up to it every day. For 15 years Rotary has staged its annual Art Spectacular in Riverside Centre and each year Jason facilitates our event with courtesy and professionalism . . . he knows what’s needed (by both parties) and has the experience and expertise to make it happen. This year was no exception. I received a phone call from Jason in April, shortly before our event, and arrangements for an on-site meeting were quickly in place, necessary legal documentation precisely defined and security requirements discussed . . . and WOW! all this with a no fuss approach. Service organisations like Rotary recognise excellent service when they experience it. Dealing with the corporate world through professional, considerate staff like Jason Scaysbrook is a bonus and its a pleasure to be able to nominate him for this award.

My reasons for my nomination are as follows: When I started (Nov 12), Jason ensured he personally introduced himself and was happy to sit and answer all my questions ( I had a fair few). Always helpful, even though it may be the littlest request, his integrity and his service is always prompt. If he can’t help you right away he is always happy to find the answer. During the floods in January 2013, being new, Jason was my only contact and was very happy to help me find the right contact and information I needed on a Sunday. Jason then followed up that Sunday night and Monday that was the Australia day public holiday, to ensure I was ok and had the information I needed. I was very impressed with his service Jason genuinely cares about his tenants and that is clear in his service. Last but not least and probably most important, Jason, always greets you with a smile on his face (in and out of the tenancy) and always goes that extra mile for a tenant.
