I was looking for a really good but reasonably priced Vietnamese restaurant in the CBD. Dorothea recommended Fat Noodle as the best place to go, she told me all about the celebrity chef who owns it and his famous restaurants in Sydney. She then provided me with a link to the website and menu and gave me directions to the restaurant, she even offered to make a reservation for me. This is the kind of service I would expect from a concierge in a five star hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised to find the same level of service in a corporate building. Well done and thank you (and the restaurant was pretty good too, looking to return this week).

I would like to nominate Dorothea, she managed to miraculously get me tickets to see P!NK when they had sold out for the second, nay, third time! I had almost given up all hope of being able to see P!NK - because the tickets sold out so quickly. WOO HOO! Dorothea you are amazing and you have made me a very happy woman! The competition was fierce but you came through for me as the rest of your team always do. I had been looking for concert tickets to a sold out show and was worried that I would have a lot of difficulty tyring to obtain them. Dorothea and Colin contacted us in regards to our Red Shield Appeal this week. They ran chocolate and Cupcake sales over a two week period and collected donations over that time. These two managed to raise a very impressive $1,142.85 for our Red Shield Appeal 2013 which all goes towards helping those less fortunate.

My reasons for my nomination are as follows: When I started (Nov 12), Jason ensured he personally introduced himself and was happy to sit and answer all my questions ( I had a fair few). Always helpful, even though it may be the littlest request, his integrity and his service is always prompt. If he can�t help you right away he is always happy to find the answer. During the floods in January 2013, being new, Jason was my only contact and was very happy to help me find the right contact and information I needed on a Sunday. Jason then followed up that Sunday night and Monday that was the Australia day public holiday, to ensure I was ok and had the information I needed. I was very impressed with his service Jason genuinely cares about his tenants and that is clear in his service. Last but not least and probably most important, Jason, always greets you with a smile on his face (in and out of the tenancy) and always goes that extra mile for a tenant.

Jason Scaysbrook

It�s understandable why Jason Scaysbrook has the job title �Customer Relationship Manager�: he lives up to it every day. For 15 years Rotary has staged its annual Art Spectacular in Riverside Centre and each year Jason facilitates our event with courtesy and professionalism . . . he knows what�s needed (by both parties) and has the experience and expertise to make it happen. This year was no exception. I received a phone call from Jason in April, shortly before our event, and arrangements for an on-site meeting were quickly in place, necessary legal documentation precisely defined and security requirements discussed . . . and WOW! all this with a no fuss approach. Service organisations like Rotary recognise excellent service when they experience it. Dealing with the corporate world through professional, considerate staff like Jason Scaysbrook is a bonus and its a pleasure to be able to nominate him for this award.

Sean Dearns

Ive noticed Sean is a very quiet but reliable person. Whatever the request is, he will do it willingly. Sean works diligently in the background of the cleaning area and is always helpful and courteous when attending to our cleaning requests. I have noticed Sean come out of his shell over the course of the year and I make it my business to talk to him. I think Sean does a fantastic job and is a credit to the cleaning team for what he does on a daily basis. I believe it would be an appropriate gesture for Sean to receive a WOW! Award for all the hard work that he does usually behind the scenes. Please give this consideration.

Jason Scaysbrook

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the recent service offered by Jason Scaysbrook. My client had the need to undertake some filming and photography at the Riverside Centre which was required as part of their business strategy. In my experience filming and photography is best taken when the moment presents itself allowing the photographer to capture the image to have the subsequent effect. This is dependent on number of factors such as weather, natural lighting, people flow and space just to name a few. When I approached Jason he had informed me that there are certain processes and procedures required in order to get approval for such activities at the Riverside Centre and this may result in a 2 day turn around for approval. I explained my situation to Jason (he was prepared to listen) and he indicated that he would see what he could do to further assist me. Jason also helped me prepare the correct documentation and he even rescheduled some of his meetings to accommodate my request as my initial contact with Jason was without an appointment. I also understand the complexities that sometimes arise when requests of this nature are put to building managers but Jason was able to deliver a positive outcome for me which in turn allowed me to successfully obtain the filming required to deliver the desired result for my client. This was a great outcome for my Client and a good result for me. Thank you Jason for your assistance and patience as this would not have been approved in the short time frame without your direct involvement. Thank you once again.

Both Dorothea and Colin went to great lengths to plan an external client event for us. They contacted numerous suppliers, provided all the information we needed, made the required bookings and even printed a run-sheet with essentials details so that the day ran smoothly. They were extremely helpful and no request seemed too difficult for them. They provided exceptional service and I will definitely be using them in the future to plan and organise both internal and external events.

Colin Cougan

Please pass on my thanks to Colin the Concierge for taking such wonderful care of my very elderly parents. They had an appointment with their financial advisor in your building and Colin met them in the foyer and took them up in the lift to make sure they got there ok. Later he organised a taxi for them and made sure the driver knew where to take them. My father moves very slowly and Colin was very patient and friendly with him. My mother commented how wonderful it was to be approached in such a genuinely nice manner without being over the top, as so many young people can be these days. Colin is a great example of good old fashioned service with a smile. I was looking for contact details on the website and came across the WOW! Awards, please pass my thanks on to him.
