Kumar came to change a Fluro light tube, but whilst here we realised 7 more fluros needed replacing + an EXIT sign light. This was done gladly with no hesitation. Andrew also came up to lend Kumar a hand.

Iqbal always comes to our office personally whenever there is a request or issue logged and always follows up with us.

Bob has been a tremendous help and hard worker, always fixing our plumbing issues. Very sweet with the ladies and prompt to fix issues on our levels. Keep up the good work Bob...

I am not sure who is in charge of Cleaning, but could you please pass on to them my sincere thanks and acknowledgment to Chalisa Jinnapaet, one of their team who looks after our floor. Attached is a photo of almost $200 cash that lay on the floor of my office this entire long weekend (it accidently fell from my overnight bag late Friday). I was delighted to find it today safe on my floor, 3 days later. I hope this message of thanks and acknowledgment is conveyed to Chalisa and your team. I would be very grateful if you can try to do so.

I misplaced some expensive christmas presents at MLC Centre on December 23rd. One of your staff located them and took to lost property. This was Shady from Security - he looked at the receipt, contacted the store I purchased from and was able to track us down to return the goods. I am absolutely stunned and delighted at this turn of events - you have truly wonderful staff working there. Shady and his team are a credit to you and I would love to see this recognised.

BOB THE PLUMBER! What can i say! He saves my life all the time... The most recent experience was this morning 11/01/2013 - I called Bob at around 8.30am because our kitchen sink was clogged up, by 9.00am it was all fixed! That saved me alot of headaches, as if it didnt get fixed so quickly i would have had the whole head office complaining and i would have had to send emails out etc. Whenever Bob completes a job he always comes to me and explains exactly what happened and why and what to do so it doesnt happen again (he knows where my desk is, i dont even need to go get him from reception), he knows my name and also greets me when we pass each other throughout the building and outside. Bob is such a hard worker with great and quick service! I hope Bob wins a WOW! Award :)

Pratigya is really lovely and does our cleaning on level 53. At the end of a busy day she is always lovely to talk to, even though its only a few words, it always makes a difference to my day.

Marie-Claire is very helpful and goes out of her way to make things run smoothly for our office

These three gentlemen assisted the GPT Group with a waste profiling exercise on Saturday 8 December 2012. The exercise was dirty, smelly and at times not appealing sorting through a weeks worth of our tenancys waste, but the guys handled it with professionalism and just got on it with it. In my opinion, they have gone above and beyond to meet the expectations of their customer and I thank them for this as it was a very valuable exercise. Great work guys!

Members and staff of these chambers have had the pleasure of knowing Ravi Paliwal of the MLC Centre Security Desk for the last 6 years. He has consistently shown himself to be polite and courteous, combining friendly co-operation with proper maintenance of the tenant liaison function. As a tenant, these chambers rely heavily on the security desk staff and me in particular as Office Manager, on Ravi, for advice regarding building functions and as a liaison point with building management. Always with a happy disposition, Ravi offers helpful and friendly advice. I highly recommend Ravi for The WOW! Awards for his excellent customer service.

You often ask for any nominations for exceptional service from an employee and I would like to let you know about Sophie. On Monday afternoon my husband returned from St Vincents Hospital after being admitted to Emergency earlier in the day. He was not well. He went down to the food hall to get me a sandwich and came back having lost his wallet. The next day he asked Security and they had the wallet. Sophie had found it and taken it to Security. This is the 2nd time she has found something of ours. Previously, Helena, who works occasionally for us, had left her umbrella in the toilets and again it was Sophie who handed it in. Her integrity and honesty is admirable and we would like to nominate her as an exceptional employee.. Thanking you. June Madziar

Each time PremierState has held a function out of office hours, Ravi has always contacted me immediately the work request has been lodged and again on the day of events he contacts us to ensure all details are correct. Ravi is polite and friendly to our guests and always has a ready smile when seen around the building.

Janette, what a pleasure it has been to work with you these past few years. I think so highly of you all, especially Steve, Marie-Claire, Dave and Enzo. She has been very helpful designating and getting jobs done vey quickly. She is very prompt and the way she organises her job is amazing. She has got urgent jobs for Holding Redlich done with a touch of a button. A well deserved nominee.

Ravi is always very friendly and whenever we require assistance, he is super fast and efficient. Everything is fixed within an instant, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him
