You often ask for any nominations for exceptional service from an employee and I would like to let you know about Sophie. On Monday afternoon my husband returned from St Vincents Hospital after being admitted to Emergency earlier in the day. He was not well. He went down to the food hall to get me a sandwich and came back having lost his wallet. The next day he asked Security and they had the wallet. Sophie had found it and taken it to Security. This is the 2nd time she has found something of ours. Previously, Helena, who works occasionally for us, had left her umbrella in the toilets and again it was Sophie who handed it in.
