Make a Nomination
Before you nominate a member of the Citigroup Centre team for a WOW! Award there are just 3 criteria that must be met:-
1. The nomination has to be something that makes you go 'WOW!' from a great service experience.
2. The nomination needs to be about a recent experience not something that took place a year ago.
3. It must be about a genuine experience, something that has happened to you personally.
